There are a lot of people who don't have easy access to pet health and behaviors, and sometimes you have to find a name or vet contact information to reach out. There are some who gets demotivated over the complication of keeping up with their pets' record or trying to find better access to the vets. Or, if the users have vets they use but, don't have the access to medical history or just general information. They have to contact their vet office in order to get physical copies of the information.
There are many people who own pets and are busy with their other schedules. And they can get distracted with setting up the priorities and then, they find out their pets missed the appointment or running out of food etc. It is important to keep track of records of the pets so, the users remember what they need to do. It's better to keep track of medical appointments to have a better and healthy life for the pets.

I focused on streamlining the experience, and user interviews helped me realize how important notifications are. Many busy users often forget appointments or giving their pets medication, so reminders became an essential feature.
I also learned that visuals play a big role in user experience. I chose illustrated elements, rounded buttons, and a splash of color to make the design more friendly and engaging. This helped create a more satisfying and enjoyable experience for users.
